Apollo Renovations builds four things: bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and whole houses. Every one of them is priced to a written scope before anything comes off a wall. What follows sets out where each service starts, what it includes, and the shortcuts it will not take.
The Work We Take On, and the Shortcuts We Turn Down
A written scope should be as clear about what is excluded as what is included. Vague quotes are cheap to write and expensive to live with, because everything left unsaid arrives later as a variation. Apollo Renovations works out of Kogarah and takes bookings in Greater Sydney and Wollongong, and every job below is quoted the same way regardless of size.
Bathroom Renovations
Full strip outs of main bathrooms, ensuites and powder rooms. Waterproofing to Australian Standard AS 3740, tiling to floors and walls, the plumbing at both rough in stage and fit off, wiring, lighting and extraction, then vanities, screens, baths, toilet suites and tapware. Where the layout is the actual problem, the fixtures move rather than the room getting the same plan in nicer materials.
Kitchen Renovations
Cabinetry made to the room, benchtops templated and installed, splashbacks, appliance installation, plumbing relocation, power and lighting, and structural wall removal where the kitchen needs to open into the living area. Appliance cavities are drawn from the model numbers you give us at quote stage.
Laundry Renovations
Small rooms done properly. Strip out, waterproofing, tiling, tub and tapware, bench space you can fold on, storage sized to a vacuum and an ironing board, plus ventilation and dryer venting that actually goes outside. Where the laundry backs onto a bathroom, both rooms can run as a single job.
Home Renovations
Whole house programs held under one contract. That means steel and structural work, additions upstairs or out the back, a floor plan redrawn where the old one has stopped working, fresh wiring and pipework, roofing, plaster, floors and paint, with every room listed above sitting inside the same scope and the same schedule.

Most of Apollo Renovations’ work arrives from people who have already used it once. A bathroom becomes a laundry six months later, and the laundry becomes the kitchen the year after that. Repeat work only happens when the first job landed on its dates, held the price it was quoted at, and still looked right two winters on.
Homeowners often arrive certain about which space needs the money, and a walk through occasionally says otherwise. A kitchen that feels cramped is sometimes a laundry that has quietly taken its storage. Working across all four services means we can point at the cheaper fix when there is one.
